Client Service Executive - Retail Team
Client Service Executive is a great first step for graduates who want to work 
in client management or FMCG marketing / analysis. You will handle client quer
ies on a day to day basis by creating tailored information reports, preparing 
material and analysis for client presentations, assisting with onsite servicin
g, contract preparation quotation and proposal and working with other departme
nts to ensure client questions are answered. You must have a real desire to le
arn about our clients needs and find ways to achieve this. The role will give 
you great experience in account serving best practice including service propos
als, contracts, bookings, call reports, and client contacts with one-to-one tr
aining from our highly skilled researchers. You must be confident and enjoy wo
rking with marketing data. Fluent English and Mandarin skills are also importa
nt.
Client Service Executive – Customized Research Team
The ACNielsen Customized team designs research projects that are specific to c
lients marketing information needs. An entry level role in Customized Client S
ervice will give you a strong basis for your Market Research career. You will 
be responsible for managing daily client service and reporting for large scale
 research projects. You will design discussion guides, questionnaires and stim
ulus materials based on the project requirements then liaise with operation te
am to see the project implemented. You must have excellent communication skill
s in Mandarin and English in order to update clients and project managers on t
he job progress and research findings. You must be interested in human behavio
r and enjoy dealing with people. A general understanding of qualitative/quanti
tative research methodology will be a big advantage. 
Measurement Science Executive
This role is a fantastic opportunity for graduates of statistics, operations r
esearch, mathematics or science. In this role you will be responsible for ensu
ring that quality data reaches our clients, enabling them to make key business
 decisions that drive success. Responsibilities include the design of quality 
control algorithms for identifying and correcting raw and projected data, regu
lar coverage studies to ensure our trends are accurate and data validation. Yo
u will also need to have good problem solving skills as you will have the oppo
rtunity to make recommendations for improvements in work processes and methods
. Attention to detail and strong statistical ability are critical to success i
n this role.
Operations Executive – Customized Team 
A great entry Level position for a person who wants a career in Marketing Rese
arch. You will act as a team leader to coordinate data collection, preparation
 and processing within a specified timeframe and to client specification. You 
will require great people skills as you will be training junior staff and assi
gning work to colleagues in order to get your projects finished. You must love
 working with people as the role will require you to build and manage relation
ships with retailers and the data collection panel. Organizational skills and 
detail focus are extremely important as you will mange a number of different p
roject elements and deadlines at one time. Strong Chinese and basic English is
 also necessary. This position has great opportunities for growth within the t
eam and the wider business. 
Operations Executive – Retail Team 
In this role you will be involved with retail audit work, data editing / codin
g / entry. This is a great way to learn about the products and categories of t
he FMCG industry while gaining valuable data management experience. You must b
e able to communicate well with colleagues and willing to provide guidance and
 solutions to work problems faced by other staff. Strong people skills will he
lp you to recruitment, instruct, train and supervise auditors. Time management
 and organizational skills are also critical to ensure that your data is ready
 on schedule for delivery to the client.
