Research specialist

Job Description
1. Design, preparation and application of microcapsules.
2. Design, synthesis and application of hierarchical nanostructures.
3. Develop prototype formulation of Food & Home and Personal Care (HPC) produc

ts such as oral cares, skin cares, hair cares and solid foods.
4. Optimize process, and deliver functional materials efficiently.
5. Raw materials sourcing and evaluation.

Requirements:
1. Familiar with knowledge and techniques of microencapsulation;
2. Familiar with basic polymer synthetic experimental skills;
3. Basic knowledge in colloidal system.
4.Good communication skills
5.Team worker
6.Self-motivated & able to work independently
7.Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English

Education/Major
PhD in polymer science
