Responsibilities:
 Participate in sales presentations with the sales team and per

Location: Beijing / Shanghai
Responsibilities:
 Provide product based consulting to customer. Deliver high qua
lity DW/BI project implementation.
 Provide consultancy to customer on BI business analysis, archi
tecture, and core BI Platform development.
 Solution creation and proposal to clients about BOBJ solution.
 Provide consultancy and expertise about BOBJ solution to custo
mer and partner projects.
 Maintain service relationship with key customer contact and hi
gh customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
 BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical di
scipline, and MSCE or MCSD is preferred.
 Familiar with ORACLE, SYSBASE, DB2 database, UNIX and WINDOWS
NT operation system. Familiar with Java, Jsp, .net, ETL tools, BO 6.5 ,BO XI,
or similar BI tools is preferred.

 Is a Customer Advocate, interested in providing the highest qu
ality of customer service whilst providing good business value.
 Establishes and maintains lines of communication with regional
Tech Support on issues escalation.
 Helps identify and report root cause issues and ways to improv
e the process by which we service customers or improve the product.
 May be involved in customer installation and training programs
Requirements:
 BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical di
scipline. Knowledge in Finance is preferred.
 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
 Have knowledge in a Windows 200X / NT, Linux or Unix environme
nt.
 Have knowledge of database technologies is required. Preferabl
y Oracle, Sybase, SQLServer, Teradata, and DB2.
