SAP Implementation Support Specialist (Location: 广州市)

[Job Description]
Asia SAP Implementation and Support. Responsible for implementing and/or suppo
rting SAP IM/WM/SD-AR systems in China. Works with P&G business to understand 
requirements, translate them to SAP system specifications, map the existing SA
P system with business requirements, identify gaps, be able to write design do
cuments for making required changes, work with vendors to get software changes
 done, work with business to test the solution set, train business resources, 

ensure solutions are consistent across all markets in Asia, support existing s
ystems. 

[Job Requirements]

1. Strong problem solving skills for technical and process related issues. Ind
ividual should have consistently shown ability to understand and resolve issue
s in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring that short and long term solut

ions are in place. 

2. Strong customer-service orientation as this would entail balancing customer
 needs with standard solution sets. Individual should be able to work out win-
win solutions between the customer and the project team, if not exceed their e
xpectations. 

3. Project Mgt Processes. Ideally should have some knowledge of working with c
ustomers in SAP or other ERP system rollout. 

4. Technical Mastery. Preferably have some experience of SAP applications, ide
ally in at least one SAP model like Sales & Distribution/AR/WM/FI/CO. 

5. Job entails working with people of different cultures. Should have sensitiv
ity in dealing with people from different cultures. 

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. The role means dealing with en
d user's, team members and other IT organizations. 

7. Travel up to 1-2 weeks a month either within China or across Asia.
