 Position - Consulting entry level analyst 
Our Consulting workforce is at the heart of our ability to innovate and delive

r results that help create high performance. With deep specialist knowledge in

 business, industry, technical and functional areas, consulting people are res

ponsible for designing, building and delivering high value solutions that help

 our clients move forward in every part of their business, from strategic plan

ning to day-to-day operations. This central role includes integrating all of o

ur workforces as required. 

 Job Summary: 
Working as an analyst or consultant with Accenture China, you will build core 

business, technology and industry expertise helping to deliver pioneering busi

ness and technology solutions that enable clients to transform their business.

 You will hone your skills in one of three consulting groups: Business Consult

ing, Business & Systems Integration Consulting or Technology Consulting. This 

consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highl

y specialized skills that will help you advance in your career.

As an analyst in the Business Consulting group, you’ll focus on strategy and 

help facilitate organizational change and business transformation. If you join

 the Business & Systems Integration Consulting group, you’ll help design, dev

elopment, integrate and deliver functional and industry solutions and processe

s for clients based on existing packages such as SAP, Siebel and PeopleSoft or

 custom-built systems. In the Technology Consulting group you’ll provide the 

backbone of our systems integration business by working on technology diagnosi

s and assessment, technology strategy and planning, technology design and tech

nology implementation. 

Responsibilities may also include: 
　－Developing technology-based solutions to improve clients’ business perfor

mance 
　－Analyzing, designing, and implementing business process improvements 
　－Defining user requirements 

Analysts and consultants obtain skills in project management and administratio

n, professionalism, business integration methodology, and business fundamental

s. You will also have the opportunity to develop industry and functional exper

tise. 

 Qualifications: 
To be considered for a role in our Consulting workforce, candidates need to ha

ve a variety of skills and interests in functional, industry and project manag

ement areas. They need to have strong problem solving and business and communi

cation skills, as well as a willingness to work hard, and openness to travel f

or work. 

Demonstrated track record of outstanding academic performance in one of follow

ing preferred majors: 
　－Engineering (all disciplines) 
　－Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT related
　－Information Systems / Decision Sciences 
　－Mathematics / Statistics / Sciences 
　－Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business 

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who meet the following criteria: 


1. Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment 
2. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmen

t 
3. Desire to work in an information systems environment 
4. Ability to meet client travel requirements, if applicable 
5. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills 
6. Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin
