IBM实习生项目是一个全球性的高校学生创新实践项目，其宗旨是针对信息产业发展对高素质人才的需求，为高校培养具有国际竞争力的高层次、实用型、复合型、创新型人才提供更多的实践机会和更好的实践环境。
IBM人力资源部于2007年举办蓝色之路(Blue Pathway)和青出于蓝Extreme Blue)学生实
践项目，这不但为IBM充实人才队伍做好准备，也为即将走入社会的毕业生们提供了一个接触社会，了解大公司运作的机会，达到建教合作的目的，更是IBM真诚回报社会的举措。这个项目在全国各所高校以及社会上引起巨大而良好的反响。

由于部门业务需要，GBS现新增加两个职位，具体描述如下： （注：如果你已申请其他GBS职位，在面试时，我们会一同考虑，不用从新申请） Position title: Consulting Intern Work location: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou Job Scope: He/she is committed to Consulting project, such as ERP implementation project, process consulting project, strategic consulting projects, etc. He/she will learn and provide the value-added services to the clients. Key attributes we are looking for: * University graduate in 2008 in any disciplines, preferrably in computer or information system related disciplines, finance&economics, supply chain management, business management, human resource management, etc.; dual background in industry major(auto, oil, manufacturing, etc.) and computer skills are also our targets. * Good Analytical skill and Innovative approach to problems. * Aggressive, self-motivated, fast-learning, a good team player. * Good Communication Skills in both English and Mandarin. * Willing to work under pressure and travel. Position title: IT Specialist Intern Work location: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou Job Scope: As a member of a team, he/she performs a technical role in support of the solution construction, implementation, and system integration in a technology/industry specialty or product sales. The I/T Specialist assists in delivery of high quality solutions to clients in response to specific business requirements; develops technical skills and absorbs professional knowledge quickly; performs assigned technical tasks including study, analysis, programming, product installation, testing and system integration.
