JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Legal Assistant to South Territory
Supervisor: South Territory Legal Manager

Routine Task:
1. Assisting South Territory Legal Issues;
2. Corporate Database Setup and Maintenance
3. Assisting Litigation Report, Statistic and Analysis
4. Daily Admin.
5. Draft and review of basic commercial contracts
6. Translation of Documents
7. Management of Document Filing and Reporting
8. Support to the documentations, application and registration    matters for

establishment of FIE
9.   Research of new laws and regulations
10. Responsible for Implementation of Legal Department Internal Policies

Most important criteria:
1. Mature, self-confident, independently thinking
2. Initiative, proactive, high degree of self-commitment
3. Obliged to high standards of quality and customer orientation
4. Team player with excellent communication skills (verbal, written)

Professional requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of Law or above
2. 1 to 2 years related working experience of law firm or multinational compa

ny is a plus
3.   Excellent command of English language both on oral and written skill
4.   Skill to use Microsoft, Excel, Power Point to handle paper works
