Department: OTIS OCL IT
Position Title: ERP Helpdesk Specialist
Location: Guangzhou
Basic Accountabilities:
1. Answer the call from users and response to their e-mail/fax and perfor
m 1st level support;
2. Classify the issue; log the issue into Test Director. Notify related s
taff to solve the issue.
3. Work with system administrator and power user to solve issues;
4. Track the issue until issue closure.
5. Assist to fill in the related IT request form
6. Submit the approved request forms to system administrator, follow up w
ith system administrator to execute change request and revert back to users
7. Summarize the issues and final solutions on ERP systems
8. Analyze the problems and summarize the frequency using TestDirector sy
stem regularly;
9. Classify the problems, and analyze the solution, to improve the qualit
y and efficiency of ERP system support;
10. Discuss with the system support team about the key problems regularly;
11. Enhance the understanding of ERP system, to improve the capability of
solving the problem.
12. Perform other duties as assigned and requested
Qualification Requirement:
• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Information Technology,
Computer Application or related major is preferable;
• Computer Skills: Familiar with IT system support methodology, knowledg
e on database management skills;
• Language: Good spoken and written English;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Teamwork spirits.
