Below positions will locate in Huangpu Plant, Guangzhou Economic Technological Development District.

TSO Technical Engineer -- MFG00001482

Overall Job Description (business purpose & important responsibilities):
1. Work as the start up leader and technical expert for the product launch, an
d contribute to the supply chain qualification. E.g., making and packing proce
ss qualification / validation / CQV, standard / specification development, TT&
T;
2. Become technical expert of the owned property / form / area;
3. Develop/update Standards, Specifications in CSS.
4. Lead the Technology Transfer and Training to CM and suppliers;
5. Be SPOC between Contractor and P&G for technical issue improvement;
6. To work with project team including Purchasing, R&D, Global/Regional TSO, Q
A, MSM to qualify material suppliers and CMs;
7. Work with multifuction(QA/Planning/Operation/Warehouse etc.) to execute th
e Package material localization and optimization to reduce related cost.

Qualification Required (Education, critical skills, work experience, expertise
, attitude, functional knowledge, etc.):
1. Have a bachelor degree in Chemistry or Engineering
2. Proactive and strong sense of business ownership
3. Good leadership skill or have potential to build leadership capability in
the Ex Ops TSO
4. Strong technical troubleshooting skills
5. Good English skills in reading, listening and speaking
6. Good communication skills
7. Good computer skill in Microsoft Office and web navigation.
8. Frequent travels within China are required
