Graduate @AZ: 2-year “Accelerate Your Career” program with assignments in Ma
rketing and Supporting Function, subject to satisfactory performance. This pro
gram aims to give new MBA students more exposure in relatively short period of
time, and therefore “Accelerate Your Career”. Students can enjoy the flexib
ility to choose either move-on at end of each assignment, or stay in the prefe
rred department/position. Excellent students will be considered for internatio
nal assignment at the end of the program. For 2007 Business School graduates o
nly.
为期两年的 “Accelerate Your Career” 项目，包含在市场部和支持部门的轮岗工作，

Graduate @AZ: 3-year “Accelerate Your Career” program with 3 assignments for
qualified fresh graduates with satisfactory performance. The first assignment
is Medical Representative in Shanghai, Beijing or Guangzhou Sales team. The s
econd assignment will be in one of the support functions, e.g., Finance, HR, I
T, Purchasing. The third assignment will be in Marketing as a Brand Manager, o
r an Analyst in Business Development. This program aims to give new hires more
exposure in relatively short period of time, and therefore “Accelerate Your
Career”. Students can enjoy the flexibility to choose either move-on at end o
f each assignment, or stay in the preferred department/position. Excellent stu
dents will be considered for international assignment at the end of the progra
m. For 2007 fresh graduates only.

·Sales Achievement:
-Effectively implement sales strategy and tactics in accordance with compa

clinics.
··Territory Business Planning:
-Conduct analysis of market/competitors to identify territory business op

Responsibilities:
·Site Selection/Initiation:
-Assist/conduct in potential investigator identification;
-Identify site staff/facility qualification according to GCP, SOPs and re
gulatory requirements;
-Identify issues/problems for resolution by project leader.
·Submit regulatory documents to IEC as required
-Co-ordinate shipment and review storage/dispensing of IP and other study
related materials;
-Assist and attend investigator meeting;
-Negotiate CSA & FA with investigators.
·Study Monitoring and Study Termination
·Full compliance of local/international regulatory requirements
·Identify and record quality problems for solutions
