Security Trader
Swift Trade Inc. is a national brokerage specializing in equity trading on the NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, LSE, TSX and CME markets. It is now the largest direct access electronic day trading centre in the world with offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. The company will have access to TSE in the middle of the year. Swift Trade will then become the world's only 24-hour trading company.
The firm's primary objective is to provide state of the art electronic trading. Our corporate culture is a relaxed dress, work-hard, play-hard attitude. The proprietary traders aggressively trade the firm's capital on the NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, LSE, TSX and CME markets, executing tens of thousands of transactions representing upwards of 100 Million shares daily. A successful candidate will thrive in a highly energetic, pressure-filled, incredibly fast-paced environment. You bring a strong desire to succeed, an incredible drive, and a competitive nature. As a Prop Trader, you excel in an open communication atmosphere, enjoy working in a team, and yet achieve results based on your individual skills. You have the keen ability to absorb market data information quickly and act upon it with lightening fast reflexes. Ironically, your years of video games will finally pay off.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are looking for an opportunity to get paid for performance. No related experience is necessary as the firm provides a unique training program for qualified applicants. Prop Traders are paid a profit sharing commission which is the most exciting part of the career as it is UNCAPPED. According to statistics, most trainees can graduate to be a trader after 2~4 months, and half of them can make over 8000rmb/month within half a year. After years, usually a prop trader's personal income will be far beyond other careers. This is the best chance for those who have the ambition on Wall Street.
In order to be consistent with North America's securities trading time, both trainees and traders must work from 8:30 p.m. to 4: 00 a.m. Training will start from the end of May.
Qualifications
Capable of working in Jiaxing ( 浙江嘉兴) from the end of May;
Bachelor degree with no limitation of specializations;
Graduates of 2007 or 2006;
Quick English reading with CET-4 or above;
Quick learning and creativity;
Self motivated, self discipline and with strong passion in financial markets.
