招聘职位：
1．Engineering Development Program (EDP), Fluid Power Group
职位概况：Eaton’s Engineering Development Program in Asia Pacific is for
graduates or young professionals who have career aspirations in Engineering
discipline. The program will develop young engineers in a variety of engineering
areas as well as leadership competencies through rotations, workshops, networking
and coaching.The program duration is for two years and provides participants with
2 rotational assignments in design/application engineering and manufacturing
engineering. Assignments may be in one of the Fluid Power facilities in China,
Japan or India. An assignment manager will be assigned to each EDP participant to
assist him/her to successfully complete the 2-year development program and prepare
for exciting opportunities and challenges ahead.Upon completion of the program,
the participants will be assigned to a key technical position in one of Eaton’s
Fluid Power Group businesses within China to help us realize our vision of being
the most admired company in our markets.
2。Leadership Development Program (LDP), Fluid Power Group
职位概况：Eaton’s Leadership Development Program in Asia Pacific is for
graduates or young professionals with up to 2 years’ experience who have career
aspirations in becoming business leaders. The program will develop young
professionals in a variety of operational areas as well as leadership competencies
through rotations, workshops, networking and coaching. The program duration is for
three years and provides participants with 3 rotational assignments in production,
sales/marketing and supply chain management. Assignments may be in one of the
Fluid Power facilities in China. An assignment manager will be assigned to each
LDP participant to assist him/her to successfully complete the 3-year development
program and prepare for exciting opportunities and challenges ahead. Upon
completion of the program, the participants will be assigned to a key management
position in one of Eaton’s Fluid Power Group businesses to help us realize our
vision of being the most admired company in our markets.
3. Financial Development Program (FDP)
职位概况：Eaton's Financial Development Program in China is for graduates or
young professionals who have career aspirations in financial discipline. The
program will develop young professionals in a variety of finance areas as well as
leadership competencies through rotations, workshops, networking and coaching. The
program duration is for two years and provides participants with 2 rotational
assignments in finance operations, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit etc.
Rotational assignments may be in one of the business groups as well as in
corporate office. Assignment manager will be appointed to each FDP participant to
assist him/her to successfully complete the 2-year development program and prepare
for exciting opportunities and challenges ahead. Upon completion of the program,
the participants will be assigned to a key financial position in one of Eaton's
businesses to help us realize our vision of being the most admired company in our
markets.
