Bekaert Introduction

Bekaert founded in 1880 with a headquarter in Belgium, which is not only a world leader in advanced metal transformation and coating technologies but also the one of the biggest wire-production company around the world. The company has more than 80 production plants world-wide and has more than 17,000 employees. In 2005, Bekaert gets a total turnover of EUR 3.1 billion.

In the past 12 years, Bekaert invested about 500 million USD for 15 companies in Shanghai, Jiangyin, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changshu, Shenyang and Weihai. At present, its headquarters of Asia and China are both located in Shanghai .

Senior IE Engineer 高级工业工程师

Job Description职责描述:

1. To conduct motion analysis, time analysis, so to establish the standards for workload and to clarify the accountabilities

动作分析，时间分析，从而建立工作量标准，明确职责

2. To conduct the analysis of labor productivity and machine productivity, so to provide the comparative suggestions and kaizen program

分析工厂人员及机器设备效率，提出比较性建议及改善方案

3. To conduct the analysis of value creation processes and the factory layout in the plants and to provide optimizing programs

对工厂的价值流程及工厂设备布局进行分析，并提出改善性方案

4. To conduct the continuous improvement program and to establish a mindset and culture of lean manufacturing and management

持续改进，逐步建立精益制造与管理的理念与文化

5. Working Location: Jiang Yin

工作地点：江阴

Requirements要求:

1. With master degree, major in Industrial Engineering with mechanical and/or chemical knowledge

硕士学历，工业工程专业毕业，具有机械/ 化工基础

2. With related experience on IE job in manufacturing is preferred

有工业工程工作经验的优先考虑

3. Familiar with the approaches of IE, QC and on-site Kaizen

了解工业工程手法及质量控制的基础方法以及现场改善

4. With basic knowledge and capability of management, coordination and systematical thinking, team spirit and proactive character

具有一定的管理协调以及系统思维的能力，团队精神以及主动性

5．Good command of both spoken and oral English
