BU Description
MBPS(Managed Business Process Services) Asset China team is part of MBPS Asset Lab WW organizations. The objective of MBPS Asset Lab is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution contect - using common components, standard processes and a common platform. The China team was established in 2006/2 and had a fast growth in the past months. The team mainly focuses on CSDP(Common Service Delivery Platform) which is an implementation of a 3-tiered SOA architecture for building highly leveraged services solutions. The team also focus on developing different solutions that based on CSDP, such as HR,ECM,Finance solutions. These solutions cover many IBM middlewares such as WebSphere Portal/WebSphere Process Server/Content Manager/DB2/Tivoli/Rational etc.
In this team, you will have chance to:
- Work on latest technologies and understand new business model
- Work on solutions from which you can understand how IBM different products work together to implement customers' requirements
- Work with IBM top experts (DE,STSM) to learn from them
- Work in a fast growing team with smart people

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Development Lead
Skills
4+ years of strong J2EE experience
Excellent Communication skills both written and oral
Experience with software development
Has experience in designing software solutions from an initial set of requirements
Rational Tools (Rational Solution Architect, Rational Application Developer,
Operating Systems: Linux and Windows
Development Skills - Websphere/J2EE, Java, WebServices, BPEL, XML etc.
Responsibilities -
Work closely with Solution Architect
Available on-site daily to oversee day-to-day dev team operations
Low Level Design and documentation
Code and Unit Test
Function and System, Test Support (defects)
Daily/Weekly Status Reporting to Dev Manager
Solution Developer
Skills
Good communication capability in English
Strong experience in software development and unit test
Experience in Rational tools (Rational Application Developer, Rational Software Architect, CVS, ClearQuest)
Experience in Linux/Unix operating systems
Experience in middlewares skills - WebSphere/J2EE, JAVA, JSP/Portlet, SQL,WSDL,XML,DB2,Content Manager,AlphaBlox
Responsibilities

Excellent Communication skills
Programming experience preferred (Java, J2EE)
Rational Test Tools (Test Manager, Functional Tester, CVS,ClearQuest, etc) preferred

Experience in WAS, DB2 and Tivoli experienceetc
Operating Systems: AIX and/or Linux and Windows
Responsibilities
Be responsible for providing input and ownership of specific test plans.
Design and execution of test cases within the Rational Test Tools framework.
Mentors for entry-level Test Engineers
Performance Tester
Skills
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in performance testing web based applications (either using custom methods or commercial tools).
Experience with J2EE testing environments using WAS and DB2
Optional - Familiarity with IBM Content Manager
Responsibilities
Work with the performance architect to understand the workload model on the system and build the environment, tools and techniques to drive the test system to the eventual expected peak workload on the system
Deliverables
Performance test plan and performance test cases and data to drive the performance test
Infrastructure to drive performance testing
SAP consultant
Skills
Excellent Communication skills both in Chinese and English
Experience in ABAP development and SAP consultant, especially in F&A Related Modules such as FI, SD, MM
Other ERP Skills such as Oracle Financials is a strong plus
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
- Master degree in Computer Science
- Good communication skill
- Excellent written/spoken English
- Quick learner
- Self-motivated to solve problems
- Good team player and high responsibility
