Job Responsibilities:工作职责
Provide expertise support in achieving optimum performance of ASML products
to fit the customers specific requirements in terms of Imaging, Overlay an
d Productivity
Contribute in Fab Teams in problem definition, solution, implementation and
following up on escalations to Headquarters;
Troubleshoot problems to minimize down time. If necessary adjust and modify
sub-systems, replace parts and re-calibrate;
