GROUP PRC MANAGEMENT TRAINEE SCHEME

We are looking for outstanding graduates who are interested in joining any 
one
 of our core operating divisions under our Group Management Trainee Scheme 
in 
August 2007.

Training & Objectives
 :
 A 3-year training programme during which trainees will be attached to a 
group
 company in Hong Kong or in PRC to learn the essential management skills and 
b
e given the widest business exposure in a specific industry.   Job rotation 
is
 supplemented by classroom training and regular assessment of performance, 
abi
lity, initiative and leadership.  Upon completion of the programme, our 
traine
es will emerge as all-round business executives who will be groomed to 
assume 
key roles in contributing to the success of the group in PRC.
 
Requirements
 :
 Strong academic background in any discipline, good leadership qualities and 
c
ommunication skills, excellent command of both English (CET-6 or equivalent) 
a
nd Chinese, self-confident, mature, business acumen, good interpersonal and 
an
alytical skills, adaptability and flexibility, forward-looking, innovative, 
in
itiative, ability to think laterally, desire for personal growth and 
developme
nt.
