As a member of the Operations Finance team, you will be a full business partner, making and influencing business decisions that maximize shareholder value. Through business partnering, you will drive sound business decisions and keep Intel legal worldwide while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity. Depending on your position, your responsibilities could span many activities associated with managing a successful business, including: Capital and factory capacity analysis Budgetary plans and tracking Project valuation and prioritization Cost reduction and expense controls Financial statement analysis Systems implementation Pricing analysis and reporting Management reporting Intel Finance has the opportunity to demonstrate the capability and leadership to be effective business partners, managers and contributors. We have positions available at our various Intel sites including Shanghai, Beijing & Chengdu. DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES Intel Finance places a major emphasis on career development. Through the Finance Rotation Program, you may choose to rotate to various roles and have the career opportunity to build a broad set of skills and experiences to improve performance, grow professionally, and gain exposure to different finance functions and Intel businesses worldwide. Finance also offers many specialized training courses; there are over 9,000 Intel University courses available to you. In addition, Finance developed and delivers ongoing management training through the Finance Management Series, the Finance Management Leadership Program, and the Advanced Leadership Development Program. WHAT YOU NEED Finance is looking for BA, Masters and MBA candidates with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Well qualified candidates will have strong analytical, accounting and controls, problem solving, leadership, teamwork, business partnering and communication skills. In addition, candidates must have a firm grasp of financial statements and their interrelationships and demonstrated skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite of tools. Graduation dates of December 2006 - summer 2007.
