You are invited to join a fast growing company with dynamic teams consisting of software application developers. You will experience a customer focused, scalable and family-oriented organization that provides supportive environment for its developers to achieve the excellent quality product expected by our customer. We expand our development unit for globalization to a large degree to serve our worldwide customers with localized products. Currently, we are focusing on localization development and support of MySAP Human Resource Management and MySAP Banking solution. We are looking for candidates enjoying software development. As part of our global team, you will work with our solution management team, our customer and subsidiary closely to ensure timely and cost effective delivery with high quality. You will be involved in whole development lifecycle. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Outstanding university degree or equivalent, preferable in computer sciences, physics and mathematics - Excellence in analytical and conceptual abilities, in flexibility and initiatives - Excellent English skill in listening, verbal and written communication - Ability to articulate the complex context and to communicate it internally and externally Beneficial Skills to have: - Business knowledge in Human Resource and Payroll - Business knowledge in Banking Industry - Familiar with business software development life cycle - Project experiences and solid programming experiences - Other languages skills such as Japanese, Korean and Spanish Mind set: - Passion on software development - Creative & innovative - Self motivator - Strong customer focus - Curious about new technologies and tools EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS - Responsible for development of standard solution according to the SAP development life cycle. - Create, Maintain accurate documentation about the solution developed by you - Strong customer focus, especially actively problem analysis and providing solutions for customer issues - Work with worldwide development organizations to leverage collective knowledge of SAP strength and to deliver best software solution and values to our customer - Ensure appropriate collaboration and communication internally and externally - Provide support for product implementation If you are interested in this position, please Click Here and submit your application.
