POSITION: Analyst (2007 Graduate Trainee Program)
The positions are ideal starting positions in the world of finance. The 
succes
sful
candidates will join one of the most successful Fixed Income team in Asia 
with

BNP Paribas and will gain a broad exposure to the growing area in China for
Fixed Income.

TEAM: Sales /Trading /Debt Capital Market

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
· Sound academic background to enable easy integration into the
investment banking platform, specifically within the dealing room.
· Basic knowledge of economics and financial markets.
· Strong accounting basis, good econometrics and statistics, economics &
financial, economics
· Outstanding academic record, with strong quantitative ability.
· Proficiency in application software (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
· MBA &postgraduate degree holder in Finance, Financial Engineering,
Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting
· Experience not required (however, internship experience preferred)
COMPETENCIES:
· Strong quantitative ability
· Good interpersonal skills
· Fluent in spoken and written English a must with strong communication
skills, another Asian language a plus.
· Quick learner
· Proactive and independent
· International exposure
· Willingness to accept challenges being posted to other countries
· Team player
· Ability to manage change and complexity with confidence
