SAP China Early in 1980s, SAP had cooperated with China ''s SOEs (state-owned enterprise s) and achieved successful experiences. In late 1994, SAP set up a representat ive office. In 1995, SAP China was founded. As the leader in China ''s ERP mar ket, SAP has gained a market share pf 30%, with the annual achievements reachi ng a growth rate of over 50%.
