is now recruiting Customer Development (Sales) Executive for our Customer Development Function (Sales) via third party agency.

The mission of the Customer Development Function is to win the shopper at the point of purchase; wherever, whenever and however, the shopper chooses to buy.

Customer Development function plans, manages and implements the company business with professional standards; ensures that the merchandising of the company products in the store is attractive; understands and realizes the needs of the customers to build the company competitive advantage, and builds partnerships with the consumers. In a rapidly changing marketplace such as China, Customer Development is an exciting challenge and learning ground to make and create your career with Colgate.

Customer Development Executive

Forms the crucial step on the structured career path. You will receive a comprehensive training and qualification program for the first 6 months. You will be partnering with a team of highly skilled business professionals, your immediate manger and your mentor and Human Resources department who will share with you knowledge and provide with you coaching and support.

Qualification Required:

Batchelor degree and or above

Good command in English communication

Computer literacy

Love field sales work
