Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for whole event delegate acquisition processes under instructions
- Research the relevant market to your program
- Make contact to researched potential customers and sell program to them over the phone
- Collect business information such as new topics or new partners to help business grow
- Customer relationship management

会务策划专员/Conference Producer (Female)
Specifically, responsibilities include:
Conducting market research on potential conference topics;
Identifying target markets;
Recruiting speakers;
Writing brochures;
Writing marketing briefs and sales copy;
Presenting viable leads to sponsorship sales;
Managing conferences on-site;
A variety of backgrounds and professional experiences may be suitable for this entrepreneurial position. We are particularly interested if you have had experience in the conference industry, or publishing, project management, market research, journalism, or experience specific to one or more of the industries that we cover.
All candidates must have:
A bachelor’s degree;
Strong research and analytical skills;
Excellent communication skills;
