Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Job Description:
Mainly responsible for technical support to Enterprise Voice and Data products
.
To be familiar with the related product installation and adjustment.
To provide after-sales technical support to customers and field engineer such 
as Tele-support, field support and remote support. 
As the interface of high-level technical support, responsible for collecting, 
analyzing and reporting and handling trouble report.
Responsible for technical test and management of products.
Responsible for delivering technical training to customers and installation en
gineer. 
Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Computer Science , Telecommunications .

Have specific IT knowledge, and know well about PC network , C++ ,SQL , Window
s.net and TCP/IP / VOIP protocol . Experience in Linux operation system and ce
rtificate on MSCE / CCNP/ Linux operation system will be considered with prior
ity.
Have got the certificate ofCET 6th Level. Have fluency in English listening, s
peaking, reading and writing. Have ability to read and apply English technical
 materials.

 Computer Network & Video Network   
Job Responsibility 
Design and implement computer and Video system
Integration of the new product into a complete computer network
Supervise deployments and operations of compute &video network
Coordinate all aspects of product integration
Job Requirements
Familiar with computer network design, especially on VPN.
Familiar with network security deployment, solid understanding of IPSec, PPP e
ncryption, PKI infrastructure
Experience of computer network project implements.
stronger knowledge of router 
Understand the HW of computer system.
Understand the structure of the Video system and Monitor system
Knowledge of IP communication protocols and video/audio coding standards
At least two years working experience on above related field
