Global Markets Trainee

Fortis Bank Asia is offering fresh graduates the opportunity to develop themselves as traders within our Global Markets teams in Asia. The programme, combined with mandatory training is designed to give trainees a profound knowledge of Fortis Global Markets, the financial markets and our products. Participants are coached by professionals and receive on-the-job training.

The position not only gives you the opportunity to get to know the business but the training provided also broadens the horizon and helps build a solid network in the business arena.

Do you have what it takes?

Fortis Bank is looking for bright, ambitious and highly motivated individuals who have the potential to become future traders of the business world. A solid academic record, fluency in English is essential and at least one Asian language would be an advantage. Excellent analytical and communication skills and strong interest in financial markets / trading are prerequisites.

The ability to think conceptually and strategically, generate creative ideas and solutions together with being able to perform under pressure is important. Naturally, you will have a proven affinity with the financial world.
