We are looking for a high calibre individual to join our Shenzhen and Guangzhou Office:
1) Associate / Senior Associate / Assistant Manager / Manager – Agency Department
College Degree holder or with relevant professional qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in commercial agency preferred
Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated with good team spirit and work under pressure
Excellent command in spoken and written English (CET.6 or above), Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
Will offer an attractive remuneration package for the successful candidates.
2) Senior Analyst / Analyst – Research Consultancy Department
University graduate in real estate, economics / finance, statistics or quantitative research
At least one year’s working experience in real estate industry
Strong in economics and / or statistics and strong analytic skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point
3) Trainee / Part-time Staff
Excellent command in spoken and written English (CET.6 or above), Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated with good team spirit and work under pressure

1) 物业顾问 – 中介部
大学程度，专业不限
2年以上房地产或销售工作经验有
具备谈判及沟通技巧
6级或以上，须听写读俱佳，国语流利，懂粤语者佳英语
Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint 等熟悉电脑操作，如：
心理承受能力好，能在高压环境下工作
成功录用者可获得具竞争性薪酬福利
2) 高级分析员/分析员 - 市场调研与项目开发部
大学本科或以上学历，房地产类、经济类、统计类、社会学、市场营销专业毕业
1年以上房地产行业工作经验，熟悉广州或深圳房地产市场，具有正规房地产公司或知名顾问公司市场调研、项目策划工作经验者优先有
WORD、EXCEL、POWERPONIT等应用软件英文读写水平良好，能熟练应用
条件稍逊者可尝试分析员职位
3) 实习生 / 兼职
在校生，英文专业六级或以上，听说读写能力佳
计算机水平好，能熟练应用办公室软件
心理承受能力强，刻苦耐劳，能在压力下工作
男女不限，形象佳，口齿伶俐
