Position: Integration and Verification (I&V) Engineer
Today, as a world-leading provider of telecommunication systems, Ericsson is not only keeping transferring a big amount of business to China, but also concentrating on enhancing its R&D technologies locally. This recruitment is intended to further enhance the development capacity in Ericsson R&D center in Beijing. Vacancies are available for the position of I&V Engineer. Information is as following:
Position description:
1) Main tasks:
(1) Design and establish verification environment and methodologies.
(2) Integrate, test and verify Radio Base Station products in different levels.
(3) Analyze I&V results.
(4) Provide appropriate explanation and solutions.
(5) Present findings through I&V process and discuss hot issues under high pressure.
2) In order to achieve above tasks, the candidate must have solid technical background and excellent communication skills. Besides, excellent English skills are also required which is not only for good understanding of Ericsson products, but also for technical discussion with colleagues throughout the world.
3) I&V department is increasing its capacity, the candidate must have great leadership potential with a general structure of projects and products.
Required skills:
Bachelor, master’s degrees or higher of first level universities
Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
Initiative and positive personal personality
Outstanding leadership and willing to be the team leader in the near future
Fluent English speaking and writing
Development potential
Excellent communication skills
Willing to focus on the technology field and be the specialist
Knowledge preferred for some positions:
Electromagnetic Compatibility
Unix
Radio
