Accenture Resources Operation Group is looking for 3-4 interns to work on a project in Beijing in Business & Systems Integration consulting. Once you are enrolled in the internship program, you will work closely with Accenture consulting professionals to experience top consulting firm working natures. Such experience will bring tremendous values to your future careers! Moreover, qualified interns, if perform well, are entitled to be hired as permanent employees after graduation. Job Summary
Business & Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. Functional professionals have skills in design and implementation of functional solutions to optimize a company’s business processes, management and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Documenting business requirements
• Performing application design activities (e.g., writing functional designs)
• Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software
• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Assisting with build, test, and deploy activities
• Performing testing work
• Developing efficient code
Qualifications
• Tier 1 university education background,
• Bachelor or Master degree, good academic performance in one of following preferred majors:
- Engineering (all disciplines)
- Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Information Systems / Decision Sciences
• With consulting related experience is preferred
• Ability to work under high pressure, when applicable
• can afford full time work
• Good potential to be a consulting professional
Professional Skill Requirement
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Internship Availability: 5 working days/ week
Work location: Beijing
