Kerry Properties (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Kerry Real Estate Management (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“The Companies”) are both major subsidiaries of Kerry Properties Limited – a reputable listed company in Hong Kong. The property division of the Group engages in the creation and management of distinguished residential neighborhoods as well as prime-quality, strategically-located mixed used developments.
Major Shenzhen property projects include Arcadia Court, Regency Park and Shenzhen Kerry Centre. Kerry Plaza – a development of the 807,000 square-feet grade-A office complex in Futian Central District is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2007.
Management Trainee Program: -
