International Paper was organized in 1898 and is a global forest products, paper and packaging company that is complemented by an extensive North American merchant distribution system, with primary markets and manufacturing operations in the United States, Europe, South America and Asia. Our global headquarters are in Memphis, Tennessee, The company has 55,100 employees 33,700 of whom are located in U.S.
