Location: China. And will have an induction period of 18-24 months in selected Western Europe or North American operations.

Job Description:
· Based on the principles of Value Based Management the candidate will participate in the design and implementation of the strategic and operational agenda, working in close co-operation with the Business Planning team, the Projects’ Sponsors and the relevant Business Leaders.
· Support the Business Planning / Strategy team in the development of the ongoing strategic plan.
· Determine reliability and effectiveness of defined key deliveries, resources, milestones, measurements, costs & capital requirements and timing.
· Have the responsibility to monitor and track the ongoing execution of the projects, reporting regularly on implementation.
· The successful candidates would be expected to make regular visits to the countries / sites involved in the various projects, establish proper ongoing reporting for each projects’ component, evaluate risks and discuss preventive measures, identify gaps and agree corrective actions (macro and micro reviews).
· He / she reports on changes in strategic and operational assumptions, cost, time-scale and expected delivery. He / she activates two up “emergency” warnings whenever required.
· Drive the use of Value Based Management techniques throughout the business.
· Maintain a wide understanding of all the projects, identifying interrelations and reporting about potential negative side effects.
· Co-operate with the other members of the team in carrying-out relevant administrative, compliance, operational and commercial activities linked to each projects’ execution phase (incl. due diligence when applicable).

Job Description:
To develop into a managerial role in the following areas:
· Production and process development
 - Provide management and direction for all production activities, EHS, quality and service requirements.
 - Implement and monitor manufacturing safety and environmental policies, procedures and training programs, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
 - Safeguard company assets and ensure full compliance with Law and regulation.
 - Accountable for the quality of products and manufacturing process. Ensure that proper training is delivered to all production employees and assess learning effectiveness.
 - In co-operation with the other relevant functions involved elaborate and submit for approval the plant operational budget.
 - Manage all manufacturing activities, systems and procedures to optimise productivity and cost and satisfy customer requirements with respect to quality and delivery.

· Ensure to imports and exports smoothly and according to timely requirement;
· Set up and optimize the supply chain management system;
· Supervise daily work of purchasing and imports and exports;
· Stipulate and implement formal regulations for logistics Dept., which must comply with the relevant QEHS laws and rules from authorities and Alcan, by means of impressing on our suppliers;
· Be in charge of planning of logistics, and help in purchasing and import etc. in case it is necessary;
· Constitute working procedure & behavior code, regulation and etc in own Dept.

Job Qualification:
· Realize supply chain management, be familiar with purchasing procedures, contract management, data analysis of suppliers;
· Be familiar with ERP and OFFICE software;
· Fluency in both oral and written English, having foreign company relevant working experience in priority;
· Have strong abilities in communication, driving for problem solving, and be working under pressure;
· Be good personality, honest, fair and strong sense of responsibility;
· Strategic thinking, negotiation, cost analysis, presentation, communication and persuasion, planning and coordination and learning ability.

Job Description:
· Ensure the company achieves and maintains accreditation to ISO9000, ISO14000, and ISO18000.
· Act as Management Representative for ISO and EHS First issues, and display a passion for safety, the environment and quality management.
· Review, update and maintain the company’s ISO documentation, and actively encourage staff to suggest improvements.
· Review, update and maintain the company’s ISO and EHS First management systems, and ensure effective communication of relevant issues to ACPRC staff and workers
· Be fully conversant with the Alcan EHS First policies, directives and initiatives, and lead the company toward compliance. Assist and encourage staff to understand these.
· Introduce new employees to the company’s ISO and EHS First programs, and instill them with a good grounding and a desire to learn more.
· Review, update and maintain the company’s Chinese language training materials for ISO and EHS First.
· Lead the Super Safety Seven initiative, and generate enthusiasm amongst staff and workers to become actively involved in the implementation.
· Under the chairmanship of the GM, lead the company Safety Committee, ensuring it operates transparently and represents the views of staff and workers at all levels within the company.
· Complete and maintain ISO and EHS First records as required by Alcan.
· Prepare and maintain the company ISO and EHS First Manuals (Chinese).
· Manage the planning and conduct of the annual EHS First training schedule and ensure all staff receive the latest EHS laws, standards and regulations announced by government, Alcan and ACPRC.

Job Qualification:
· Qualified internal/external ISO auditor
· Familiar with “DuPont” style of Safety Management ;
· Good communication skills and management capacity;
· Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese.
