Philips and Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between of Philips and Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd. The Company was established on May 24th, 2004, registered at Neusoft Park of Hunnan Industrial Zone in the High and New Technology District of Shenyang.
PNMS becomes the successful multi- modality R&D and Manufacturing operation of four major medical imaging equipments in the world, i.e. CT machines, MRI, X-ray machines and ultrasound. It commits to providing overall clinical diagnosis equipments for hospitals, continuously improving clinical technologies, and serving to the health of the human being.

东软飞利浦医疗设备系统有限责任公司是飞利浦集团与东软医疗系统有限责任公司共同组建的合资公司。公司成立于2004年5月24日，注册地点为沈阳高新区浑南产业区东大软件园。公司以双方的技术和业务为基础，面向全球市场，集中在CT机、MRI、X线机、超声四大医学影像设备领域进行研发与生产，致力于为医院提供全面的临床诊断设备，不断提升临床技术，服务于人类健康事业。


2、职位说明

计算机/软件专业

• 软件工程师                工作地点：沈阳

职责：
1. 参与项目需求分析，进行系统框架和核心模块的详细设计。
2. 根据新产品开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的软件模块。

任职资格：
本科及以上学历，精通编程工具，C++语言、VC、VB或.Net，或者精通数据库设计及开发。具备编码和撰

写文档的能力，熟悉软件开发流程、设计模式、体系结构。能够使用ATL，COM编程，多线程编程，有图像

处理背景为好。英语能力良好。

Software Engineer
Responsibility:
1.  Participate in the project requirement analysis, design the system frame and kernel module.
2.  Develop soft module for the new product developing processing and task distributing.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above，familiar with the programming tools C++, VC or VB, be able to program and write document, good knowledge in soft developing flowing , designing module and system frame.


• 算法工程师                 工作地点：沈阳

职责：
1. 参与项目需求分析，进行系统框架和核心模块的详细设计。
2. 根据新产品开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的软件模块。
3. 编制项目文档，记录质量测试结果。
4. 完成程序测试。

任职资格：
硕士以上学历，精通图像处理和算法研究，能够熟练使用C/C++语言。熟悉Intel 体系架构，掌握MX,SSE,SSE2,3指令，有相关优化经验。掌握数字图像处理，模式识别相关知识，并可编写相关程序。熟悉体数据场可视化技术。了解DICOM标准。

Algorithm Engineer
Responsibility:
1.  Participate in project requirement analysis, doing detail designs about system framework and key module.
2.  Based on the schedule of researching product and task distribution, design corresponding software module.
3.  Writing project document, record quality testing results.
4.  Accomplish the program test

Qualification:
Master degree or above, master image processing and algorithms research, be familiar with program tools such as Visual Studio or .net. etc. Be able to realize the algorithms, analysis and revise the errors of the programs independently.


电子类专业

• 电子工程师                    工作地点：沈阳

职责：
1. 根据开发需要，筛选元器件并向物资供应部提供器件采购清单，以便物资供应部门及时提供必须的器件。
2. 根据立项报告的要求及产品设计可行性论证结果，负责设计新产品的电子系统或产品的改进。
3. 根据立项报告的要求和产品改进论证结果，负责产品的技术改进，以提高产品的稳定性。
4. 根据技术管理部的具体需求，及时对生产现场提供技术支持，以改进完善设计方案。

任职资格：
本科以上，精通电子电路原理，精通高频电子电路，精通可编程逻辑器件的使用。
Electric Engineer
Responsibility:
1. Participate on electrical components selection , give the material supplier the stock bill about component ,so that the material supplier can supply the necessary component . Design the new product electrical system or improve the produce for the demand of project report and product design feasibility result.
3. Improve the technology of product so that improve the product stability   for item report demand and product improving argumentation decision
4. Training, debugging, make sure worker can master the new product principle in time.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above，be familiar with the electric circuit principle, high frequency electric circuit and programmable logic unit using.


机械类专业
• 机械工程师            工作地点：沈阳

职责：
1．根据产品开发任务及实施方案的要求，负责产品的机械系统及其相关的零部件设计工作。
2．根据产品设计要求选择外购机械部件，提高产品可靠性、降低成本。
3．参与产品手册文档编写，绘制机械部分三维爆炸图，完成产品文档准备。
4．测试、评估产品各种机械指标，完善研发产品的设计并转化为可量产产品。
任职资格：
硕士以上学历，机械相关专业，英语六级，熟练使用Solidworks软件。

Mechanical Engineer
Responsibility:
1. Design mechanism system and relating components for new product developing mask and implement plan demand.
2.  Be responsible for select the mechanism component for product design demand to improve the product the stability and save cost.
3.  Write the manual of product; draw the mechanism 3D exploding graphic
4. Test, evaluate all kinds of product mechanism target, perfect the design of the product and convert the design to amount of product.
Qualification:
Master degree or above, major in mechanic or related discipline.


• 机械电子采购工程师            工作地点：沈阳

职责：
1．负责研发项目的采购策略制定，满足研发项目采购需求。
2．负责电子元器件采购的商务操作或机械采购、外协加工等。
任职资格：
硕士以上学历,机械电子(机电一体化)专业，良好的沟通组织能力，流利的英语表达，有志在采购管理等方面发展者。

Responsibility:
1.  Institute purchasing strategy of project, satisfy the R&D project purchasing request.  
2.  Purchase electrical and mechanical components, manage suppliers through business control.

Qualification:
Master degree or above, major in mechanic and Electric. Good communication still, fluent in English skill.
