职位描述：
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
MSEE or BSEE with 3+ years of related experience
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing signal proces
sing
algorithms on DSP for mobile WiMAX systems. The immediate assignment for
this
position is to efficient implementation of the algorithmic modules on DSP
pla
tform and validating the DSP code with fixed-point Matlab code.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Develop baseband signal processing algorithms for mobile WiMAX systems usi
ng D
SP.
Qualifications:
1.MSEE with 3+ years or PH.D with 2+ years of related experience is requir
ed.
2.Solid background in signal processing is a must.
3.Working experience in designing and implementing physical layer algorith
ms f
or digital communication system with fixed-point DSP is required.
4.Good communication skills and team work for inter/intra group coordinati
on a
re required
Skills:
1.Experience with efficient fixed-point implementation of baseband signal
proc
essing algorithms on TI/ADI DSPs.
2.Familiar with DSP architecture and on-chip peripherals.
3.Fluent in C/C++ and/or assembly language.
4.Familiarity with IF/RF control and RX/TX performance tuning is a plus.
5.Familiarity with 802.16 d/e protocol is a plus.
