Goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solution s at their maximum potential and to manage their technical risks during soluti on implementation and operation. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Master degree in computer science or engineering - Good and effective in both spoken and written English - Excellent analytical skills with a flair for the very detail - Effective problem solving skills to achieve customer satisfaction - Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly in an international environ ment - Work under pressure, critical situations, and tight deadlines - Mental and personal flexibility - Can do attitude - Understanding of business processes - Common sense EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS - Provide first class remote and on-site support to our customers like -Solving technical and application problems -Optimization of business processes and solution operation -Improvement of system availability and stability -Onsite support in critical customer situations (going live, upgrade etc.) -Performance optimization - Customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementation projects - Back-office support for onsite service delivery - Message processing and solving of critical customer messages WHAT WE OFFER Contract Type: Permanent Job Location: China, Shanghai Reference Code CN-50761708-EN-06-002 Attention Both experienced and graduating students are welcome, but the ones who have at tended our 2007 Campus Recruiting please don’t send CVs for this position.
