Summer Intern Program:
In this program, you will work together with you supervisors in real client ca
se situations in a wide variety of industries. You will have many valuable opp
ortunities to practice basic Associate Business Analyst skills, such as second
ary research, interviewing, basic data analysis, etc. Additionally, our well-
designed training and professional development sessions will further enrich yo
ur learning experience.
Synovate BC has an established procedure to recruit Associate Business Analyst
s from the intern pool. Prior to the end of the internship period, interns who
have demonstrated excellent performance will be offered a final-round intervi
ew for a full-time Associate Business Analyst position.
Requirements
- Highly motivated candidates with outstanding academic credentials and involv
ement in extracurricular activities (no school or major requirement, but knowl
edge in economics and management is preferred)
- Prior summer or part-time business experience in jobs requiring analytical o
r problem solving work position is helpful, and also an aptitude for numbers a
nd analysis
- Hard working and dedicated
- Strong communication skills
- Committed to working in an ethical manner
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English

- CV screening performed by Synovate Business Consulting; Interview invitation
s will be sent via email by early July, 2007
- 1st Round, written test and group discussion (late June, 2007)
- 2nd Round, case interview (early July, 2007)
