岗位职责
This is a 24 months training program designed for bright, creative and ambitious graduates with the potential to succeed in the departments within the company. If you think you got the potential and drive with great interests in making a difference, we will provide all the training and support to launch your business and management career in 2 years.
We are offering a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to experience a diverse environment, touching on a number of areas and functions of our group. You will gain 1st hands experience, knowledge and skills at the very foundation in consulting industry.
You will get excellent opportunities with real work and real responsibility in the major business functions. Each of your placements will stretch and develop the candidate in many ways.
岗位要求
• Graduate or undergraduate from Business, Engineering, Bio-tech and Psychology majors
• If you do not own a Business or HR major, you should at least own two years of line management experience
• Ambitious and confident
• Highly motivated, persuasive, assertive and enthusiastic
• Effective team player
• Excellent communication skills in terms of oral Business English
• Sound corporate knowledge
