南京福特（Ford）有限公司欲招聘CAE和CAD工程师，具体要求如下：

工作地点：南京
CAE Engineer Major Responsibilities:

1. To Interface with product engineers and suppliers in up-front engineering,
including virtual validation of designs at various stages of product developme
nt;
2. To Perform durability, crash, NVH and optimization analysis of various auto
components and sub-systems during the virtual product development/validation
phase;
3. To Conduct DOE and Optimization studies;
4. To Identify issues and take initiative to resolve it effectively;
5. To interoperate the results and suggest design modification to meet the req
uirements.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of Mechanical design / analysis theory and physics;
2. Proficient in using CAE tools, such as HYPERMESH, NASTRAN, ANSA, LSDYNA, AB
AQUS, RADIOSS etc.;
3. Hands-on experience using IDEAS, Unigraphics, CATIA;
4. Familiar with automobile components and systems;
5. Product design and testing knowledge of automotive systems is a plus;
6. Know ledge of design specifications/standards of Auto OEMs is a plus;
7. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
8. Strong problem solving, team-work, and presentation skills;
9. MS in Mechanical Engineering field; PhD in Mechanical Engineering or equiva
lent is preferred;
10. Must be Self-motivated.



CAD Engineer Major Responsibilities:

1. Perform CAD data translation among different CAD systems (PDGS, I-DEAS and
CATIA V5), populate appropriate PDM repositories and Remaster CAD data as need
ed;
2. Create 3D part / assembly geometry in I-DEAS or CATIA V5 or NX and perform
various studies;
3. Conduct supplier CAD/CAM/CAE/PIM (C3P) capability assessment and facilitate
their C3P implementation;
4. Support Design &Release activities as per Ford standards and responsible fo
r the design of components and systems that meet given functional requirements
and are high quality, lightweight, cost-effective, and easy to manufacture.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Science in Engineering field;
2. Minimum 2 year experience with Ford C3P/NG environment including PIM Yellow
book, WERS and Digital Buck. Solid hands-on experience in automotive industry
;
3. Minimum 4 years of CAD experience (I-DEAS/Catia V5/NX and Metaphase /Team C
enter);
4. Experience with VisPlus is preferred;
5. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated results oriented leadership
behaviors, especially teamwork, courage and commitment to quality;
7. Self-motivated.
