Primary Responsibilities:
* Responsible for driving quality initiative and implementation 
* Identify improvement opportunities in business 
* Mentor Green Belt Project and complete Black belt project to achieve operati
on plan productivity objectives 
* Share best practice

Qualifications Required:
* University graduate, major in industrial engineering.
* Experience in manufacturing environment and good awareness of manufacturing 
process
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
* Strong leadership skills and result oriented mentality
* Fluent in English
* Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is preferred

imary Responsibilities:
* Responsible for defining manufacturing headcount, equipment capacity resourc
es, and space capacity to support forecasted factory demand.
* Deploy and update time study based on a required frequency and TAKT time cal
culation with bottleneck analysis.
* Develop manufacturing layout and manufacturing headcount plans for sustainin
g current production as well as NPI project.
* Lead factory productivity improvement to meet production cost targets(TCO pr
ojects) through LEAN projects and TOC analysis. 
* Partner closely with Planning & Logistics, Materials, Product engineering, P
rocess engineering, Manufacturing/Operations to manage and improve capacity sy
stems and business processes to meet growth targets.

Qualifications Required:
* Bachelor degree major in Industrial Engineering
* At least 1 year experience in manufacturing operations related position (IE 
is preferred) 
* Experience in Assembly/Test manufacturing or lean manufacturing environment 
is desired 
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
* Fluent English skill both in verbal and written
