Job Description 工作细节
1) Programmer/Database/ WEB开发工程师
职位描述：
1、负责网站及其管理软件的开发和维护。
2、保障工作的质量和进度。
3、及时发现工作中各种问题并予以解决。
入职要求：
1、有WEB应用开发的工作经验。
2、精通.NET平台，HTML，Javascript_等WEB开发技术，熟练使用SQLServer,ORACLE等数据库，熟悉数据库设计及SQL编程。
3、熟悉电子商务业务流程及电子商务网站、内容发布系统的开发，参与过大型软件系统开发。熟悉BBS、BLOG等web2.0 方面的应用开发。
4、良好的沟通能力，热情诚恳，善于发现问题，主动推动工作开展，思维敏捷，具有良好的文字表达能力。
5、具有一定的分析判断能力，有较强的责任心和人际关系能力。
6、优秀的组织协调和语言沟通能力，较强的团队合作精神和责任心，善于学习新的软件方法和技术。

2) Web designer/网页设计师(美工/UI)
职位描述：
1、负责公司网站网页整体的美术设计、创意工作和制作工作；
2、对页面进行优化，使用户操作更趋于人性化；
3、参与制定整个网站的栏目结构、设计风格定位，设计并负责其实施；
4、对用户使用流程和 UI 设计方面较有研究。
职位要求：
1、熟悉 HTML 语言；精通Photoshop 、Dreamweaver等网页编辑及图像处理工具；了解 Javascript_ 动态网页技术及 Flash 制作；
2、设计和互联网工作经验，具有良好的网络设计感，有独立策划网站架构和具体操作实施能力；
3、富创新精神，有出色的视觉创作能力、学习能力及审美意识，眼界开阔、敏锐、独到；
4、具有团队合作的意识和互助精神，及执著的热情和强烈的进取心；
5、设计相关专业毕业者优先考虑；

3) Secretary /秘书
Good in organizing, High work efficiency and quick learning ability, enough preparations to work under pressure. Excellent communication skill.

3) Marketing/市场营销人员

Compensation Package 待遇
this is a PAID internship. The duration of this program is 6 months but could be extended to 12 months depending on work performance. Good intern will be hire as full time employee subject to availability. You will receive training once a week on the job training. You will be compensated with a minimum salary. Starting Salary RMB1250-RMB1500. Every 6 months we will increase RMB250-RMB500 depending on performance. If the staff continue after to third year, an increment of RMB 500 every 6 months. Salary will be negotiated in year 4. A Progressive Income will looks like:
First 6 months: RMB 1250 RMB 1500
Next 6 months: RMB 1500-RMB 1750 (Year 1)
Next 6 months: RM 1750-RMB 2000
Next 6 months: RMB 2000- RMB 2250 (Year 2)
Next 6 months: RMB 2500-RMB 2750
Next 6 months: RMB 3000-RMB 3250 (Year 3)

Working Hour 工作时间
Monday to Friday: 900am to 600pm.
