Travelex is the world's largest foreign exchange specialist, with more than 700 retail branches at key airport, seaport and rail locations, in addition to tourist and business centres around the world.
Travelex Commercial Services (Shanghai) Limited will establish a presence in China to operate the foreign currency exchange machines. We are inviting high calibre individuals to join our dynamic team in the following position in Shanghai:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Responsible for assisting customers on currency exchange transactions and other internal requirements. The incumbent should be able to deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a high degree of accuracy at all times in a busy and high-pressure environment.
•Polytechnic graduate specialize in hospitality or language courses
•Proficiency in spoken English and knowledge of Japanese would be
an advantage
•Need to be customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
•Able to work on shift duties at the Airport
