IBM CSDL（China Software Development Laboratory）now want to look for some int
erns majored in 
Computer department to do a challenging project, below is the detailed qualifi
cations for candidates:
1) first year or second year graduate student majored in computer department.

2) you should be innovative, cause this project requires great IDEA contributi
on.
3) great willpower to endure and courage to face difficulties, because this ch
allenging project will need you to work during 17:00 and 24:00 everyday, so as
 to cooperate with the American team.
4) familiar with open source, experiences with Apache Tomcat, PHP, Linux, mysq
l, also you should have a good understanding of Web 2.0
5) excellent programming skills, problem solving capabilities.
6) quick-leaning and cooperative.
7) abundant quality software development experiences.
8) work as an intern for at least half a year  

   As for the payment, you will get 25RMB/hour, plus considerable allowence. T
