Program Objectives

Accelerate the development of tech-savvy young graduates into manufacturing professional individual contributors through a structured program combining rotational assignments, interactive seminars and classroom training.

Program Introduction

- Two-year entry-level program with 3 cross-function job rotations
- Possible assignments include Production, Quality Assurance, Environment, Health & Safety, and Engineering, etc.

Desired Characteristics

Preference will be given to persons with: prior intern, co-op, or research experience in manufacturing; a strong commitment to a career in manufacturing (Production/Quality/Engineering); and an analytic approach to problem solving.

Program Introduction

- 2-year entry-level program with 3 eight month rotational assignments in
different cities in mainland China
- Possible assignments include Sales, Marketing, Customer Center, Supply
Chain Management, and Commercial Finance etc.

Desired Characteristics

Preference will be given to persons with: prior intern, co-op, or research experience in sales or marketing roles; a strong commitment to a career in commercial field (Sales or Marketing); a characteristic of persistent and proactiveness; and Japanese or Korean language capability will be a plus

岗位：Technical Management Trainee (TMT)
职位类别：项目开发（管理/分析/设计）

Program Objectives

Accelerate the development of tech-savvy young graduates into Technical Service/ Technical Development professional individual contributors to meet aggressive business growth, through a structured program combining rotational assignments, interactive seminars, classroom training, coaching and mentoring.

Program Introduction

- 1.5-year entry-level program with 2 rotational assignments in different cities in mainland China
- Possible assignments include Production, Quality and Technical & Development etc

Desired Characteristics

Preference will be given to persons with: prior intern, co-op, or research experience in manufacturing or technical service; a strong commitment to a career in technical field (Technical Service/ Technical Development); an analytic approach to problem solving; and Japanese or Korean language capability will be a plus
