岗位要求	Mission: To meet sales target by implementation of sales activities in the assigned region. Major responsibilities: Implementation of divisional market strategy - Be responsible for compressor equipment sales and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and team works. - Work closely with sales team to approach new customers and distributors in the assigned industry. - Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to the Sales Manager and shared with sales team, such as pricing situations and status of competitive activities and products, as well as their marketing activities in the region. - Keep customers and distributors informed on new products, pricing, changes, etc. - Efficiently organize seminars by cooperation with main customers to carry out promotion plan and training plan. - Develop and enhance good working relationship with customers in the territory to advance the selling efforts. Co-ordination with product, aftermarket, logistic and credit team - Interacting with aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers. - Keep relationship with logistic team to ensure machine’s delivery orderly. - Communication with product team in obtaining product support. - Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy. Job Requirement: - University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent. - Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic. - Good English communication skill. - Good computer skills including Microsoft skills and Lotus Notes. - Willing to travel.
