Associate–Wireless Internet (Beijing)

Job Description:
1、研究分析无线行业的应用和发展。
2、寻找和拓展无线行业的项目源，最大限度地满足公司对项目源的要求。
3、代表公司与风险企业或项目有关负责人进行业务联系。参加行业内会议。
4、组织、协调投资筛选及尽职调查工作，并完成投资分析报告。
5、独立或协助合伙人参与投资谈判工作，完成相关会议纪要，签订并落实投资文件。
6、制定项目投资建议书，报合伙人会议。
7、负责投资项目交易构成各项工作的落实。
8、参加投资后的跟踪管理工作，根据需要，代表公司出任董事及相关职务。
为投资退出的实施提供必要支持

Education
-An MBA or a Master degree in finance, accounting, or energy/environment related majors, or a bachelor degree with at least three year’ related work experience, from the first-tier universities
-Excellent command in English and Chinese.

Associate–Clean Tech (Beijing)

Job Description:
This job is to be performed by an associate who is responsible, under direction, for studies of energy environment related fields. The job incumbent recommends the industry research, financial analysis and other venture capital related responsibilities. The duties he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:
- Building and creating industry research within energy/environment sectors.
- Performing financial analysis and due diligence, writing investment-driven research reports, undertaking a wide area of business analyses and competitive assessments.
- Interacting regularly with companies in the industry.
