1. PURPOSE.

The purpose of this job is to fulfil the departmental responsibilities of providing high-quality training programs and learning solutions for Ericsson customers and other internal units to support the overall MU business strategy and competence development plan.

2. MAIN INTERFACES.

· Academy management team

· Educational/Service Sales

· Account managers

· Training suppliers

· Training responsible person or HR managers of Ericsson’s customers

· CBC HR business partners

· CBC managers and employees

· Ericsson Group competence network

3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.

· Develop and deliver learning programs and solutions to serve customers

· Support sales team in the process of selling learning solutions

· Support learning portfolio expansion

· Managing training projects in program development, delivery and operations support

· Ensuring the quality of training programs and services provided

4. AUTHORITIES.

The position holder has the authority to make decisions on all operational issues related to the responsibilities, within the defined scope.

5. QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES.

· University or above degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resource or Business Administration;

· Working experience for over 5 years, related working experience in HR, training or consulting for over 3 years.

· Sound consultative skills and course designing competences;

· Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;

· Fluent in written/spoken English.
