CRICT Management Consulting Services Co., Ltd (CRICT) is an equal joint venture between a global professional consulting house and a PRC human resource consulting firm. Together, we specialize in human resource consulting with the goal of blending world class human resource practices with Chinese socio-cultural values in China. In particular, we specialize in talent management consultancy services, psychometric assessment and personality profiling, and organizational and individual competency audit.

HR Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Develop new clients and expand business opportunities with existing clients
- Contribute to providing client consultancy services in the areas of talent recruitment and development, and HR project management
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients and talents
- Contribute to company brand name and profitability
Requirements:
- Good Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline. A post-graduate degree is an advantage
- No less than five years of proven track record in an Consulting/HR/Sales/Marketing role
- Working knowledge or an existing network in the Infocomms Technology /Finance industry is a distinct advantage
- Expertise and network in another industry is also an asset
- Customer oriented and strong relationship building skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and on multiple projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Results-oriented and driven
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Quick learner and analytical thinker
- Excellent command of spoken written English
Senior Researcher
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HR Consultants for the execution of HR projects
- Conduct independent industry/market research and analysis based on clients' needs and identify suitable talents through various channels
- Assist HR Consultants in communicating and coordinating with clients and talents
- Update and maintain talents database
- Contribute to company brand name and profitability
Requirements:
- Good Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- No less than two years of working experience
- Existing network or knowledge in the Infocomms Technology/Finance industry is a distinct advantage
- Ability to work on multiple projects and under tight deadlines
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Energetic with good interpersonal skills
- Independent yet a good team player
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Quick learner and analytical thinker
- Good command of spoken written English

我们的客户是一家在欧洲处于领先地位,总部位于英国伦敦的资产管理公司。公司主要为在欧洲以及美国的各类机构,银行以及高资产个体提供专业投资与咨询服务。随着中国经济的蓬勃发展以及投资市场的日渐成熟,公司准备进驻中国市场并在北京设立代表处,以为中国地区的客户提供更好的投资与咨询服务。
职责描述:
l 为公司驻中国首席代表提供在行政以及业务运营上的支持,并在其指导下,协助处理公司在北京设立代表处的相关事务。
l 与相关政府部门/金融管制机关进行协调工作。
l 与相关政府部门/监管部门以及各类客户建立与维持可持续的良好关系。
l 与审计/法规等相关机关进行协调工作。
职位要求:
l 3-5年在金融/银行或与金融监管/法律法规有直接或间接关系的政府部门的工作经验。
l 大学本科或以上学历。
l 学习专业为工商管理/金融/国际关系/经济/英语的候选人将被予以优先考虑。
l 对中国的宏观与投资环境有良好的知识与理解。
l 在金融/银行/相关政府机关有良好关系网络。
l 有较强的组织,协调及表达能力。
l 积极,思维灵敏,有责任心,并事事讲究效率。
l 在开拓/经营人脉以及处理人际关系方面有过人的技巧和手腕。
l 6级或以上的英语能力。
未完全达到以上工作经验要求,却有良好综合素质和潜能的候选人也可申请这个职位。成功候选人将在到岗后被派驻到公司在英国伦敦的总部实习,之后常驻北京,并有到国内其他城市或海外公干的机会。
