The Job

We offer a variety of career options. Candidates can join one of our business
streams according to their career aspiration. He / She will be stationed in a
designated business unit, such as Personal Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk Ma
nagement, Finance, Operation, IT and Administration. Our structured Officer Tr
ainee Programmeme provides the training, support and opportunities for young g
raduates to gain exposure in a specialized functional area and to develop a lo
ng-term career.

The Requirements

Ø Degree holder or above with major in any disciplines

Ø Possess the drive and enthusiasm to succeed

Ø Self-motivated, ambitious and energetic

Ø Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Ø Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
