Siemens Gas Turbine Parts Ltd. founded in February 2005 is engaged in bringing key technology required for the power generating industry to China as part of the ongoing commitment to Chinese partners and customers.
With a total investment of 55 million euro, Siemens Gas Turbine Parts Ltd. signifies a further step in the localization of key technologies and stands for an important milestone in providing advanced power generation technology to the Chinese market. While inheriting the hundred years of experience in the manufacture of power generation equipment, the company will be engaged in the manufacture of turbine blades vanes as well as the assembly of combustion chambers and burners for gas turbines.

招聘岗位:
人事专员(本岗位对即将毕业的企业管理类专业,心理学专业或者法学专业硕士研究生或本科生开放)
Position: HR Adminstartor (This position is applicable to the new graduates)
Responsibility:
1. Use resources both inside and outside the organization to recruit qualified employees according to the plan with a timely and high-efficiency manner to meet the business requirements.
2. Screen CVs and conduct interviews with line managers to make sure the suitable and right person is going to be employed.
3. Manage the orientation program and keep track of the probation period performance. Assist the line managers in the probation performance evaluation.
4. Design/update company retention program to keep the company turnover rate under the tolerable/minimum level.
5. Handle the employee separation issues to make sure the action is legal and no disturbance among employees. Conduct exit interview.
6. Interface with SEC, SLC, Siemens JV and other outside organizations to get necessary support and information from them.
7. Company benefit salary review on yearly basis in terms of level and structure, combined with incentive system.
Qualification:
1. Fluent English
2. Knowledgeable in Labor-related laws, regulations and policies.
3. University degree background
4. Enterprise management related majors are preferred
