花旗银行（中国）有限公司总行及各分行（“花旗”）每年招聘若干优秀硕士毕业生参加花旗管理培训生项目。管理培训生项目是花旗人才发展的重要战略之一。该项目旨在选拔具备领导人潜能的学生，投资各种资源进行培训培养，使其成为花旗管理人员的储备力量，满足中国各地业务迅速发展的需要。

为了更准确地考核评估应聘学生的能力，花旗拟在深圳/广州企业银行分行招聘4名实习生，进行为期3个月的实习。被选中的实习生将作为管理培训生的主要选拔对象，在通过实习评估后直接进行面试。面试合格者将被花旗录用为2008届管理培训生。

实习细节

1. 实习期为3 个月。学生应尽量全职工作。若因学校课程安排不能3个月完全全职工作，
需与花旗人力资源部协商妥善安排。
2. 实习报酬：10元/小时
3. 选拔流程：
1) 简历筛选
2) 参加花旗笔试
3) 通过笔试者参加面试
4) 通过面试者录用为实习生
4. 实习内容：
花旗将挑选有助于学生发展各种技能并能学到银行相关知识的岗位供学生实习。在实习期
间，花旗还将向实习生提供培训及与往届管理培训生交流的机会。

General Requirements:

- Masters degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Eng
ineering or
Computer Science from a highly rated university;
- Maximum 2 years working experience in a well-known company;
- Strong analytical skills, well planned and organized;
- Proven leadership and management skills;
- Good communication skills with high proficiency in spoken and written Engli
sh;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self motivation;
- An ambition to build a career with rapid promotion opportunities;
- Cross-functional interests and ready to work in different locations/cities

Successful applicants will undergo intensive development through a specially d
esigned Management Associate program in our Corporate and Investment Banking (
CIB). This 12 months program sees participants undertake a range of challengi
ng roles across various banking functions, while attending demanding but highl
y rewarding classroom or on-the-job trainings. This experience allows partici
pants to gain a broad understanding of Citibank’s world-class corporate banki
ng operations as well as the professional knowledge required for a future succ
