希捷国际科技（无锡）有限公司

希捷科技（苏州）有限公司

其前身是迈拓科技(苏州)有限公司，于2003年3月在苏州工业园区注册并已在2004年6月份进行投产，总投资2亿美元。自建的厂房位于工业园区出口加工区A区内,占地面积22.6万平方米。苏州将成为希捷的另一个硬盘大型综合生产基地。

1. Read & Write Engineer （读写工程师）

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Work on Read/Write Channel Optimization for yield, quality and performance
improvement
Work on Read/Write Channel Optimization for test time reduction
Work on Read/Write Channel and preamp issues

Education & Competencies Requirements:
Master or above
Familiar with Read/Write channel and preamp
2 years or more work experience in a HDD or semiconductor environment
Good analytical and problem solving skills, shows initiative
Ability to communicate in English

2. Web Developer  (产品工程部网络开发员)

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Setup Transfer function between component characteristics and Drive key
performance, to support Quality and Yield improvement and new product
launch  
Responsible for technical support, interface with product design and factory
to ensure product performance are compatible
Develop Analysis tools and SPC system for key parameter control

Education & Competencies Requirements:
Master or above
Familiar with web development
Be professional on SQL, Java, PHP, Delphi
Database programming etc

3. CFD Engineer  (流体力学工程师)

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Resolve or minimize particle induce failures in hard disk drive
Resolve or minimize HDI (Head-Disk Interface or Interference) issues
including contact modulation

Education & Competencies Requirements:
Master degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or other related, PhD is
preferred
Knowledge/experience in fluid dynamics problems in hard disk drive
Familiar with CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) models to understand air-flow
issues, such as heat transfer, partial-shroud effect, filter location, etc
Good analytical and problem solving skills, shows initiative
Ability to communicate in English

4. Firmware Engineer（固件工程师）

Main Roles & Responsibilities:             
Design and implement new features/functions for HDD firmware;
Debug and test HDD firmware;
Analyze and improve HDD test process;
Work closely with other groups of product engineering for failure analysis;
Launch new products.

Educational & Competency Requirements   
Master or above
Over 2 years of successful software development experience with embedded
system.
Expertise in Assembly/C/C++ programming.
In-depth knowledge of computer system architecture.
Experience with HDD development is an absolute plus.
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Rigorous and persistent work style, great sense of quality and
responsibility.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills in English.
Adapted to travel abroad for months from time to time.

5. Senior Software Engineer (工程部高级软件工程师)
Main Roles & Responsibilities         
Responsible for cleanroom software development for equipment support during
launch and volume requirements
Responsible for documenting of software revision for assembly and test
processes
Support yield/cycle time/uptime improvements effort to meet the launch
requirements
Support cost and test time reduction effort to meet product cost and test
time requirements at launch
Software qualification and implementation to improve product performance and
yield improvement
Set up process controls systems for new products being launched
Educational & Competency Requirements     

· Master or above

· Knowledge in software programming, eg Borland C++, Visual C Sharp.
NET, MS Visual C++. NET

·  Knowledge in Six Sigma/ DFSS will be an advantage

7. Senior QA Reliability Engineer （高级质量可靠性测试工程师）
Educational & Competency Requirements        
PHD degree in either Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
Main Roles & Responsibilities         
To execute reliability tests for the ORT and PDMT programs.
To supervise a team of technicians.
To drive for failure analysis and Close Loop Corrective Actions.
To conduct reliability qualification tests in support of engineering changes.
To operate reliability test equipment such as environmental thermal chambers
and functional testers.
To compile data and test reports.
