Job Description：
1. Verifying monthly all Authorized Service Provider (ASP) claim data
2. Administering and expediting warranty claims processing, preparation of various reports, and control of ASP records used to support warranty claims critical to operations
Parts Planning（3名）
Job Description：
1. Verifying monthly all required parts are in the OracleTM Parts Master
2. Administering the regional parts requirement by performing routine MRP planning
3. Preparation of various reports and control of documentation critical to parts operations
4. Administering spare parts operation
5. ASP monthly repair report supplier reimbursement
6. Performance reporting
Supply Chain （3名）
Job Description：
1. Support the efforts of the supply chain management team by negotiating and monitoring freight terms with selected freight agent
2. Monitor stock levels and ensure the correct models are in handled into our warehouse to meet the marketing forecast
3. Provide accurate information to sales support group and the sales team and management
Requirement:
Majored in International Logistics or other related subject
Sales Support （7名）
Job Description：
1. Process or issue RMA for Credit or Stock Rotation RMA according to company's policy
2. Audit and analyze RMA's with monthly reporting by account, by channel by product so management can understand why RMA's are occurring
3. ADF, Giveaway, Promotion Orders, online store product inquiry and orders
Marketing Administration（9名）
Job Description：
1. Make sure the invoices are received in due time
2. Liaise with channel partners, agencies, Viewsonic sales people and channel marketing team
Accountant(11名)
Job Description：
1. Daily logging of new sales allowance claims received from our customers
2. Ensuring credit claims are authorized according to the company approval limits
3. Querying any claims that can not be validated with relevant sales person and customer
4. Ensuring the credit log is kept update and that claims are processed in a timely manner
Requirement:
A good knowledge of basic accounting principles
Document Control Specialist（7名）
Job Description：
1. Administering, coordinating and controlling the technical documentation
2.Support the maintenance of key product related information in a selected database
Information Service（9名）
Job Description：
1.维护服务器及网络设备的正常运营，保证公司数据安全
2.维护公司网络、VOIP系统正常运作
3.向用户提供Helpdesk服务
Requirement:
1.计算机相关专业，1年以上相关工作经验
2.具有1-2年的EDI经验优先
网页设计（7名）
职责范围：
1.公司网站日常更新、维护
2.公司网站服务器的维护、备份
3.公司内部电子刊物的制作及发行
要求：
1.熟练使用Photoshop，Flash，FrontPage，Dreamweaver等网页制作工具
2.掌握HTML、JAVASCRIPT、CSS等网页制作技术
3.了解网页设计和制作流程，能独立完成网页的设计制作
4.1-2年专业网页设计制作工作经验者优先
以上职位除特别注明外，都要求
1．英语六级，说听写英文能力较强
2．精通电脑办公软件如MS Word , Excel的使用
3．大学本科毕业，工商管理类、国际贸易类、物流管理、电子工程专业优先
